- Is this a lead-sale service?
- No. We do not sell you leads, and we never promise a volume of leads or contacts. The pilot produces an evidence export for consent your own funnel already captured — you keep full control of who you contact and when.
- What data do we send you?
- Only the consent-event records you choose to send, from your own already-consented intake, scoped in writing before anything transfers. We never ask for your consumers’ phone numbers, emails, or contact history beyond what your own consent record already contains.
- Is this legal advice, or a compliance guarantee?
- No. This is evidence infrastructure, not a legal opinion. We do not represent that any export satisfies TCPA, state mini-TCPA, or any other statute’s requirements, and we do not call, text, or contact consumers on your behalf.
- When does the pilot actually open?
- This page is currently a pre-launch waitlist while we finish the storefront. Joining reserves your place and costs nothing until we confirm a pilot start date with you directly.
- What happens to the information I submit here?
- Your name, work email, organization, and firm website go into our inquiry queue so we can follow up. Nothing here is sold, and submitting this form never starts an evidence pilot on its own — a person on our side reviews it and replies within one business day.
