Refund policy

The short version

A Consent Evidence Pilot costs $250, charged once. You get all of it back if we do not deliver, or if you change your mind before you send us anything. You do not get it back once we have delivered your export.

Full refund

We refund the full $250 in either of two cases. First, if we do not deliver your export within 30 days of the pilot start date. Second, if you withdraw before sending us any record.

You do not need a reason for the second case and we will not ask for one.

No refund

Once we have delivered your export, the pilot is complete and the fee is not refundable. The work is the export, and by then you have it.

How to ask

Write to hello@kettleandhaven.com from the address that placed the order and say what happened. We reply within one business day. An approved refund returns to the original payment method; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, not us.

Card disputes

If you would rather dispute the charge with your card issuer, that is your right and we will not object to you exercising it. We would prefer you write to us first, because we can usually resolve it the same day.

Which document controls

This page restates section 4 of the pilot agreement. If the two ever disagree, the pilot agreement you accepted at checkout controls, and we will treat the discrepancy as our error to fix.
