Consent Evidence Pilot agreement

Parties: Kettle & Haven LLC (Colorado) ("we"), and the buyer named at checkout ("you"). Price: $250, one time, via the checkout on the pilot page.

1. What you send

Up to 100 consent-event records from your own intake, captured under your own disclosure text, that you already lawfully hold. Each record may carry: subject identifier, server timestamp, the exact disclosure text shown, named sellers, IP address, user agent, rendered-page hash or certificate id, and current revocation state. Send nothing you do not hold consent to hold. You confirm the records were captured from a person, not generated.

2. What we produce

One export within 30 days of pilot start: your records, each bound into a hash chain with a chain proof, the exact disclosure text, named sellers, page-snapshot hash or certificate id, and revocation state as you supplied it. The export shows what your records contain and that they have not been altered since we received them. It is not a lead, not a certificate of compliance, and not a legal opinion; we make no representation that it satisfies any obligation you have under the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, or any state law. We do not contact the consumers in your records.

3. Processor terms (C.R.S. § 6-1-1305(5))

We process your records only on your instruction, for the purpose in §2, for the duration of the pilot. Everyone who handles them is bound to confidentiality. We engage no subcontractor for this processing; if that changes we tell you first and you may object. We apply the technical measures described on the pilot page (append-only, hash-chained storage) and access limited to the people fulfilling your export. Thirty days after delivery, or sooner on your request, we delete the records and any working copies and confirm it in writing; the export you received is yours to keep. On request we provide what you need to demonstrate compliance for this processing and cooperate with a reasonable audit of it.

4. Refund and disputes

Full refund if we do not deliver within 30 days of pilot start, or if you withdraw before sending any record. No refund after delivery. Colorado law governs; venue is Colorado.

5. Acceptance

You accept by completing checkout; the acceptance time, the version of this text, and the checkout id are recorded with your order.
